Our mission is fulfilled through the four pillars of our C.A.R.E initiative. The C in care is for connecting families (fathers and father figures with children). A is for accountability. We believe in the power of holding fathers accountable as positive reinforcement to ensure families stay connected. The R is for resources, and E is for education. Providing easily accessible support, information, training, workshops, mentorship, and skill-building helps keep fathers and father figures confident, engaged, and better equipped to serve and provide for children and families.

For us, the roles of healthy fathers are not limited to only paternal beings but include various positive male influences, expanding the scope and redefining fatherhood from a communal perspective. We equip fathers and father figures with tools to be present, healthy, and active participants in the lives of youth.
